BAS Quarterly Due Dates Explained (Australia)
If you lodge quarterly BAS yourself, the usual due dates are 28 October (July–September), 28 February (October–December), 28 April (January–March) and 28 July (April–June). Registered BAS or tax agents may have later dates. Always check ato.gov.au for your own dates.
Before each due date, total the GST you charged on sales and the GST credits on business purchases. Keeping a running log each month turns BAS into a 15-minute job.
