Refunds & support

Updated 26 October 2026

Our products are digital: browser apps and downloadable templates, delivered instantly by Payhip after payment. This page explains what happens if something goes wrong.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, for example it doesn't work, is significantly different from its description, or isn't fit for the purpose we said it was for, you're entitled to a refund or a replacement. If the problem is minor, we'll fix it, and if we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can ask for a refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Change of mind

Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't usually offer refunds if you simply change your mind or bought the wrong item. If that happens, get in touch anyway, and we'll do what we reasonably can, such as swapping to the right product.

How to ask for help or a refund

  1. Contact us with your order email or Payhip order number.
  2. Tell us what's wrong. A screenshot helps.
  3. We reply within 1–2 business days and will try to fix it first. If it's a major problem, or we can't fix it, we refund you to your original payment method through Payhip (Stripe or PayPal).

Didn't get your files?

Payhip emails your private link and files straight after payment. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Payhip. Still nothing? Message us and we'll resend it.

Bought on Etsy?

Orders placed on our Etsy shop are handled through Etsy. Message us through Etsy, or here, and the same Australian Consumer Law rights apply.
